Unfortunately the experience started with unhelpful nail techs and very rushed. overall the worst experience I have had with customer service. Sundays brand new location in Hudson Yards is less nail salon and more Zen sanctuary. things calmed down, but then he kept yanking her fingers and hands around obviously frustrated and at one point rolled his eyes at her because she had to put her glasses on to see better when he asked if she liked them.
